We collect the information you choose to give us when you use the forms on this website, such as:

• your name, job title, organisation, email address and telephone number;
• details of a technology requirement, support request or enquiry, including products, quantities, services and timelines;
• documents you upload, such as an RFQ, BOQ or specification;
• the organisation location and industry you select.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site securely and to protect forms from misuse.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to review and respond to your quote request, support request or enquiry, to communicate with you about it, and to keep a record of the request. We do not sell personal information.

Your quote list

Items you add to the Quote List are stored in your own browser so that they remain available as you move between pages. They are only sent to AIL when you submit a quote request.

Sharing

We may use trusted service providers to host this website, protect our forms from automated abuse and deliver form submissions by email. These providers process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep information for as long as it is needed to respond to your request and for our legitimate business and record-keeping purposes, and then delete or anonymise it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information submitted through this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Data Protection and Privacy Act of Uganda, you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use. Contact us using the details above.
